Our Programs
We specialize in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which involves Body Weight movements (using your own body weight to create resistance) and Free Weight training (with the use of dumbbells).
- A workout will last anywhere from 25-45 minutes. The activity is tough but quick and effectiv
- Workouts are conducted 6 days a week- Monday to Saturday, at multiple studios and timings
- Pick the time slot and location which is most convenient to you.
- We offer Ladies only and mixed sessions as well. Register in groups or as an individual, these sessions are a great way to socialize.
- Substitute exercises are given to people with prior physical injury or incapability. Client care always comes first.
